Stir Fried Noodles with Chicken and Nuts

 
Ingredients -

3/4 cup Stir Fry Sauce
2 (3 ounces each) packages Chicken Ramen Noodles
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
2 tablespoons Canola Oil
1-1/4 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 (8 ounces) can sliced Water Chestnuts
1 cup chopped Celery
1 cup Frozen Vegetables with Seasoning
1 cup Cashews

 
Preparation:

1. Combine the stir fry sauce and the ramen noodle seasoning packet with the ginger and mix well.

2. Set the mixture to the side.

3. Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package.

4. Drain.

5. Add the chicken to a skillet of hot oil and stir fry for 5 minutes.

6. Add the vegetables and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.

7. Add the noodles and heat through, which takes about 3 minutes.

8. Pour the sauce over the noodles and add the cashews.

9. Stir fry for a few minutes more until the sauce is mostly absorbed.
