1. Cook pasta according to directions.
2. Meanwhile, add carrots and 1-tablespoon butter to large skillet. Cook carrots 3 minutes over medium heat.
3. Add chicken; continue cooking 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
4. Add pesto. Toss to coat.
5. Drain pasta in colander. Return pasta to pan and toss with remaining butter.
6. Serve pasta with chicken mixture.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and top with basil.
