Cooking Tip
Parmesan Cheese

Parmesan cheese is the best known of the Italian hard cheeses. Parmigiano-Reggiano and Grana Padano are the two basic types. True Parmigiano-Reggiano is made by hand in an artisan tradition that dates back hundreds of years.

Cooking Tip
Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo sauce is a pasta sauce made from cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese. The sauce is most often served with fettuccine noodles. Homemade Alfredo sauce is a simple dish and can be far superior to what you buy in jars at the supermarket.
