1. Place chicken breast halves in crockpot.
2. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in Italian salad dressing mix.
3. Stir in condensed golden mushroom soup, white wine, and cream cheese with chives and onion until combined.
4. Pour over the chicken.
5. Cover crockpot and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
6. Serve chicken and white wine sauce over hot cooked pasta.
7. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
